It's A New Year!

It’s A New Year!

If the first week of 2021 is any indication, we are in for another rollercoaster year!

Some of the changes we made in 2020 were not all bad. I will continue to let Instacart shop for my groceries. Facetime is better than a phone call or a window visit. Miss something on that webinar? Watch it again! And covid-hair is cheaper and less time consuming!

Last year was inspiring to say the least. I did lots of things I wouldn’t have normally done and possibly developed some good habits:

·         I made a series of pendants depicting Hope. Read about them here.

·         I got an honorable mention on a ring in the show, “What I Did on My Quarantine Staycation” See it here.

·         Using skills from making jewelry, I had time to branch out with an exhibition of sculpture. I even sold a few pieces!

·         I started a new daily practice of soldering every day for 100 days. See my progress

·         Donations of over $200 were made to local food banks from the sale of designer face masks that I made during quarantine.

I hope that you have made good changes in your life that will carry forth in 2021!
