  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement. Since Earthbeat Designs is a one woman operation, this may not always be possible.

  • Please note at checkout when time is a concern. If I cannot meet the deadline, you will be given an opportunity to cancel your order.

  • Normal Shipping is 3-4 business days through the US Postal Service, unless another shipping method is requested.

  • Florida residents pay 6% sales tax at checkout.

  • Contact us directly to arrange for international delivery.

  • Customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs. Thanks for your understanding.

  • Customers can pay with all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition when returned.

  • Please remember that each work of art from Earthbeat Designs is individually handmade, so there may be some slight differences in the appearance of your own unique piece of jewelry.

    To return:

  • Request a return within 3 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within 7 days of delivery

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  • In the case of a defect in materials or workmanship, every effort will be made to replace the item or to refund the amount paid, including shipping and handling upon return.

  • In some cases the piece may be a personalized, one-of-a- kind item or stone. In the case of a defect in the one-of-a-kind item, an effort will be made to substitute a similar item, or give a full refund, including shipping and handling upon return.

    To Cancel:

  • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of ordering.

  • Gifts can be mailed to a third party.

  • Recipient’s address is input at checkout.

  • Free gift wrap is available by clicking the box at checkout.

  • Items are wrapped in navy blue tissue paper and placed in an aqua gift bag.

  • A personalized note can be included in the package, if desired.

    Custom orders

  • Different colors, sizes, chain length, etc. are often available. To make a request and to get a quote for something special, contact Carole Shelton at info@earthbeatdesigns.

  • Payment for a custom order can be made by clicking Contact, then the “Send Payment” button at the bottom of the page.

  • For those who are sensitive to certain metals, the following Ear Wire materials are offered at no extra charge for most items:

  • Surgical Steel

  • Niobium (Most people can wear this nickel free ear wire).

  • Sterling Silver or 14 Karat gold-filled (to match certain earrings).

  • Most earring designs can be converted to CLIP ONS in either Gold Plate or Silver Plate

  • Each earring with ear wires comes with a plastic guard to keep them in place.

  • cleaning your jewelry

  • Most jewelry can be safely cleaned with dry baking soda. Simply rub the baking soda onto the metal and rinse in clear water. Dry immediately.

  • If the jewelry contains no stone or bead, Sterling Silver and Gold Filled metals can be cleaned in ammonia. Beware that ammonia can damage some stones, beads and  pearls.
