Goodbye 2017

Cheers for a Successful New Year!

This time of year a lot of us look back, take stock and make goals in the form of new years’ resolutions. In 2017 I held my first solo art exhibition, taught a class, developed a comprehensive e-commerce website and started blogging!

Setting a goal is the first step to success, and it opens the way to be ready for new opportunities. If you know where you want to go, all the other distractions will fall away, so you can focus on what is important to you.

As I reflect on past accomplishments, I am reminded of things I would still like to do, such as improving my soldering skills and making videos for the website and blog.  It’s not enough to set broad goals like those. They need to be broken down into small activities that will be easy to accomplish. Specifically, I will sign up for a soldering class, and I will learn to use the new video editing program I got for Christmas.

Lastly, I thought you might like to see my favorite pieces of jewelry that I designed during the past year.
